Total Weightlifting this week: 90---however, the exercises have increased in difficulty.....
However, if you remember.... "Olga" and I have an on going bet and I WON this week :-) SO, I won my Red Bull (actually 2 of them..... same number of ounces, but just 2 containers)..... this week we have the same restrictions as last week along with having to email our diet intake each day. Watch out "Olga" I am doing well :-)!
