Our House is officially on the market on Monday

The realtor and picture guy came over today to take pics and fill out paperwork.  All is done, and on Monday it will be officially on the market.

Sometimes leaving a house is bittersweet or downright sad.  I have none of those emotions.  I am all, 100% happy.  Thrilled.  Elated..... I cannot wait.

Anyway, the realtor was impressed by our home.  This secretly makes me proud.  I have resented this house so much for so long that I couldn't really see how nice of a house it is.  Also, ironically, the picture guy was the realtor that sold this house to us.  :-)  He admitted it now looked better and loved the improvements that we made.  They based the price on comps and when it was unseen.  With it seen, they are thinking they can increase the price!  WOO HOO!  Come on house, S E L L. 

Now I just need to hold on tight and ride the wild ride of a house on the market.  But the end result will be awesome!
